Yes. As a licensed brokerage, we utilize the local MLS and use it as one of our property marketing channels when we “list” or sell a property.

HAVE YOUR AGENTS UNDERTAKEN SPECIAL TRAINING TO WORK WITH INVESTORS?

Yes. Not only are our agents experienced (15 years full-time on average), but they also have to successfully complete our in-house training program, which teaches them the best business practices of real estate investing.

HOW LONG IS YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM?

Our training program is eighty classroom hours of intensive study. Areas covered are how to locate, analyze, and structure transactions to maximize profit.

CAN ANY AGENT JOIN YOUR FIRM?

Yes, but they must meet our criteria and successfully complete our training program.

WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE DO YOU WORK WITH?

We work with all types of clients and do not discriminate. As licensed Realtors, we have an ethical responsibility to work with everyone.

DOES A PERSON NEED A LOT OF MONEY TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE?
